Our products can be selected any day between Mon to Friday but please note that we have minimum preparation times for all products for the reasons listed below (minimum times are listed on each product)

We make absolutely everything ourselves by hand, using traditional methods with very little machinery. We are passionate about this aspect of our business. However this takes a lot of time and care, we are not prepared to compromise the quality of our food for speed, which is why we are not able to take orders for the same day or next day.
